Return and Refund Policy--COVID UPDATE
COVID19 RETURNS/EXCHANGES UPDATE AS OF JUNE 2020:
PLEASE EMAIL US AT: INFO@SHOGUNFIGHT.COM with your order number and full name and let us know f you need a refund or exchange.
OUR OFFICE IS STILL CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO COVID- WE WILL PROVIDE AN ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR YOU TO SEND US YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE VIA EMAIL- PLEASE DO NOT SEND IT TO THE ADDRESS BELOW.
Please allow extra time for us to process your refund/exchange. Thank you for your understanding during the pandemic.
Our Normal Return/Exchange Policy:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If someone else purchased your items, we will need them to contact us.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will send a confirmation email to you when the refund is issued- please make sure we have a current email address or that you are opted IN to receive messages via Amazon (if purchased via Amazon). Please note that your credit card company may take additional time to post refunds back to your account after it's been processed on our end.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted-There is often some processing time (sometimes up to a week or 10 days) before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Replacements: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will need to email us photos of the defect(s)/damage and we will review. You have 60 days from the date of purchase for us to replace a defective or damaged item. Email photos to us at: email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If If you need to exchange item(s) for a different size-please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to send the item(s) back to us first, then we'll ship out exchanges.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product in the original packaging to us at the address below- please clearly mark as exchange or return in the address (see below).
Please be sure to include a note for us that has your contact info, order number/packing slip (if possible) and what you need (exchange for size, or please refund). Send all items to us at:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
